I was watching this blue jay eating suet yesterday when he jumped up to the top of the feeder pole and looked toward the deck.
I backed away from the glass sliding door and he gradually made his way to the heated birdbath on the deck.
I really enjoy getting a close-up look at the birds.
And, November 10th was my grandmother Thurber's birthday.
